Kiran is the MD and co-founder of chlorophyll. He has been in the business since 1983 and juggles multiple jobs. His day job is brand consulting, and his night job, writing fiction and non-fiction. His weekend job is rock climbing.

Madan, a pioneer of financial and corporate communication in India, set up the Adfactors Group in 1981 and co-founded chlorophyll in 1999. His day job involves charting the course of Asia’s leading brands; on weekends, he indulges his passion for travelling and authentic yoga.

A creative director at chlorophyll, Rajeev is a writer as well as a creator and curator of ideas. He has been with chlorophyll since 2003 and in the business since 1986. Outside the office, he spends hours training his ears to appreciate the subtlest microtones in Hindustani classical music.

maria pereira

Maria heads our HR and Admin department. She has been with chlorophyll since its inception and in the business since 1977. She faces challenges head-on, whether organizing a huge event or tackling a new sewing pattern. Maria is our go-to person for almost everything.

Pooja is a vice president at chlorophyll, specialising in brand strategy and research. She has been with us since January 2017, and in the industry since 2000. She loves mythological stories, is a dedicated practitioner of Vipassana meditation and laughs with complete abandon!

Vidya has been associated with chlorophyll as a strategic planning consultant since 2007. Her experience in the advertising, marketing, brand consulting and retail industries started in 2003. She is a certified Creative Movement Therapist as well as a guest lecturer at Parsons ISDI, Welingkar Institute of Management and Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC).

Rochna has been a strategic planning consultant at chlorophyll since June 2016, and in the business since 2006. She has worked and travelled all over the world, spends her free time in the great outdoors and introduces us to new health and nutrition trends as often as she can!

Chitresh heads the chlorophyll innovation lab and has been in the business for over a decade. With a unique mix of brand and technology experience, he is focused on using innovation to create breakthrough ideas and IP for brands. He gets his daily dose of inspiration from an eclectic mix of emerging bands, books and shows.

khushboo bhavsar

Khushboo started her career in marketing and film production and has been a brand planner with chlorophyll since November 2014. She is the first to get onto the dance floor and the last to leave the dining table. For any situation, Khushboo is ready with hashtags, a selfie or a perfectly choreographed Hindi film song.

Gaurav has been a part of chlorophyll since 2021 as a brand planner. He comes with a solid
understanding of brand design, social media, semiotics along with a generous smattering of
mainstream and alternative pop culture. He also has a keen eye for the languages, an ardent ear for
house music and a heightened taste for chaat.

Shyam has been a creative consultant at chlorophyll since 2022. With a career spanning over 40 years in advertising, he has won several national and international awards for his work. He is passionate about writing poetry and crafting exquisite jewellery and sculptures from glass.

Mukesh is a true maestro of the design world with a passion for watercolour painting and awe inspiring installation art. He has been a senior creative director at chlorophyll since 2021. Bringing over 25 years of industry expertise, he continues to impress with his innovative ideas and artistic flair.

Rahul is a creative group head and has been with chlorophyll since February 2016. He is well-versed in the digital world and writes, treks, swims and walks in his free time.

A copywriter who pines for long copy assignments, Ayush has been with chlorophyll since 2022. An avid football fan, he was once a junior national team prospect. Now, he plays FIFA, and dabbles in poetry, fiction, music and happiness studies; when not at work.

Having 45 years of experience in the industry, Yashwant, a digital artist, brought his design skills to chlorophyll in 2022. He loves embarking on long walks, watching quiz shows, dabbling with photography and listening to old hindi songs. He is passionate about cricket and played as a wicketkeeper for 22 consecutive years in agency league matches!

Mahesh is a digital artist and also works on our web projects. He has been with chlorophyll since 2006 and in the business since 1992. Mahesh is our resident stock market expert and enjoys predicting future multi-baggers by analyzing the unpredictable market.

A digital artist, Sunil has been with chlorophyll since 2005, and in the business since 1987. He is our in-house photographer for creative presentations and deliverables. Sunil is usually seen engaged in a passionate discussion of last night’s cricket match.

A digital artist and a print production expert, Sachin has been with chlorophyll since 2007 and in the business since 1998. He loves cricket and on weekends, replicates the moves of his illustrious namesake. He is also the co-founder of FashionST, a first-of-its-kind platform for professionals related to the fashion industry.

Atul handles our accounts, admin and logistic tasks. He has been with chlorophyll and in the business since 2001. He assists us in printing and production work too. Atul loves cricket and driving; the longer the road, the better!

Shivani started her brand strategy journey in 2020 and has had the opportunity to work with renowned brands like NIVEA, Zee Bangla, and Flipkart. She’s also the founder of NGO Umeed, with a love for all things skincare and a flair for writing poems that rhyme—when the stars align.

Bhisha joined chlorophyll in July 2025 and has been in the industry since 2023. A graduate in Advertising and Brand Management from MICA, she brings a distinctly Gen-Z perspective to brand strategy. Curious about people, behaviour, and culture, she loves translating patterns into stories that help brands move forward. She is also an avid gastronome, always on the lookout for new culinary experiences.

Devika joined chlorophyll in July 2025, bringing with her a unique blend of legal and business expertise. A lawyer from ILS Law College, Pune, with two years of experience at SirionLabs, and an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, she has since transitioned into the creative field, adding fresh perspectives to brand thinking and communication. Outside of work, Devika is a fitness enthusiast and an avid cook, channeling the same curiosity and discipline into her personal passions.

Himanshu became a part of chlorophyll in 2025, bringing with him diverse expertise in product design and UX/UI built since 2020. He holds a Master’s in Extended Reality (MDes XR) from IIT Jodhpur and a Bachelor’s in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory Design from NIFT. Over the years, he has collaborated with more than 30 brands in India and abroad, designing websites, products, and immersive experiences. His approach blends user research, interaction design, and immersive technology to solve real-world problems and enhance usability. Outside work, Himanshu enjoys playing volleyball, chess, and exploring new places

Khushi joined chlorophyll as a brand planner, bringing with her a background in Strategic Design Management from ISDI. She has a keen interest in research, brand strategy, and workshops, and contributes fresh perspective to the team’s problem-solving process. Outside of work, Khushi enjoys running and rewatching her favourite sitcoms.

Rajeev Chanda has been with chlorophyll since 2024 (and earlier from 2017 to 2021) and has over 10 years of industry experience. He holds an MBA from MICA, is a Terra.do Fellow, a Parsons-certified UX professional, and has studied sneaker culture at FIT. Outside work, he enjoys cooking, working out, and working through his ever-growing stack of books. He brings memes, honesty and nuance-sense to the space between creativity and commerce.

Subham has been in advertising since 2018 and became a part of chlorophyll in January 2025. Over the years, he has worked on a wide range of brands, including Discovery Plus, Nihar Naturals, Fortune, Louis Philippe, Shell, Jaypore, Air Asia India, and Lotus Herbals. Beyond work, he loves films, photography, travelling, and cooking — and hopes to direct his own film one day.

Gayatri has been in advertising since 2013 and joined chlorophyll in July 2025. She has worked on a wide range of brands including Amul, Netflix, Pizza Hut, Park Avenue, Zee Channels, Saffola, Medimix, Yousta, Sunsilk, and The Leela Hotel. Outside of work, she loves yoga, listening to podcasts, travelling, and cooking, and spends her free time deepening her knowledge of health and exploring new places.
