litmosi™ is intended to provide a roadmap to building an organisational culture, where values and behaviours are perfectly aligned. It is a single-window brand alignment solution for all corporate brands.
It is based on insights gathered into a company’s culture from chlorophyll’s study of organization’s worldwide; the organisational beliefs and practices have emerged out of this study. Its objective is not to create a ‘formulaic company’ based on the “one size fits all” principle. For example, a CEO may believe that some of the beliefs or practices indicated in the list do not apply to their business or company. That is perfectly valid. The tool allows you to reject what is not applicable. This enables leaders to create an action plan that perfectly customised for their organisation, fueling a strategic roadmap to organisation transformation.
