An ideantity™ is a two-second communication that helps establish the brand idea. This is based on the idea of the ‘adaptive unconscious’ as proposed by Malcolm Gladwell in his seminal text ‘Blink’. This states that as human beings, we have an emotional response to any stimulus, before a rational response. Therefore, it is critical that any communication tool establishes this emotional connect with its users at first exposure, such that it occupies a distinctive place in the most expensive real estate on earth, namely, human memory!
