Kiran is the MD and co-founder of chlorophyll. He has been in the business since 1983 and juggles multiple jobs. His day job is brand consulting, his night job, writing fiction and non-fiction. His weekend job is rock-climbing.

madan bahal

Madan, a pioneer of financial and corporate communication in India, set up the Adfactors Group in 1981, and co-founded chlorophyll in 1999. His day job involves charting the course of Asia’s leading brands; on weekends, he indulges his passion for travelling and authentic yoga.

rajeev badve

A creative director at chlorophyll, Rajeev is a writer as well as a creator and curator of ideas. He has been with chlorophyll since 2003 and in the business since 1986. Outside the office, he spends hours training his ears to appreciate the subtlest microtones in Hindustani classical music.

arun amberkar

A creative director at chlorophyll, Arun is an award-winning visualizer and designer. He has been with chlorophyll since 2006 and in the business since 1979. His love for Maharashtra's forts gave birth to Killa, a flourishing brand of t-shirts.

chitresh sinha

Chitresh heads the chlorophyll innovation lab and has been in the business for over a decade. With a unique mix of brand and technology experience, he is focussed on using innovation to create breakthrough ideas and IP for brands. He gets his daily dose of inspiration from an eclectic mix of emerging bands, books and shows.

maria pereira

Maria heads our HR and Admin department. She has been with chlorophyll since inception and in the business since 1977. She faces challenges head-on, whether organizing a huge event or tackling a new sewing pattern. Maria is our go-to person for almost everything.

pooja kewalramani

Pooja is a Vice President at chlorophyll, specialising in brand strategy and research. She has been with us since January 2017, and in the industry since 2000. She loves mythological stories, is a dedicated practitioner of Vipassana meditation and laughs with complete abandon!

vidya damani

Vidya has been associated with chlorophyll as a strategic planning consultant since 2007. Her experience in the advertising, marketing, brand consulting and retail industries started in 2003. She is a certified Creative Movement Therapist as well as a guest lecturer at Parsons ISDI, Welingkar Institute of Management and Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC).

rochna poddar

Rochna has been a strategic planning consultant at chlorophyll since June 2016, and in the business since 2006. She has worked and travelled all over the world, spends her free time in the great outdoors and introduces us to new health and nutrition trends as often as she can!

khushboo bhavsar

Khushboo started her career with marketing and film production and has been a brand planner with chlorophyll since November 2014. She is the first to get on to the dance floor and the last to leave the dining table. For any situation, Khushboo is ready with hashtags, a selfie or a perfectly choreographed Hindi film song.

rajeev chanda

Rajeev is a brand planner with chlorophyll since 2017 and has been an investment advisor at the Bombay Stock Exchange. A MICA graduate, Rajeev loves cats and his favourite activities include sleeping and pretending to be a stand-up comic.

kaustubh lele

A writer and ideator, Kaustubh has been with chlorophyll since early 2014 and in the business since 2008. He has a way with written Hindi, loves reading and is a cricket and photography enthusiast.

rahul gangan

Rahul is a brand ideator at chlorophyll since February 2016 and in the industry since 2012. He is well-versed in the digital world and writes, treks, swims and walks in his free time.

sunil kanawaje

A digital artist, Sunil has been with chlorophyll since 2005, and in the business since 1987. He is our in-house photographer for creative presentations and deliverables. Sunil is usually seen engaged in a passionate discussion of last night's cricket match.

sachin pawar

A digital artist and a print production expert, Sachin has been with chlorophyll since 2007 and in the business since 1998. He loves cricket and on weekends, replicates the moves of his illustrious namesake.

mahesh akade

Mahesh is a digital artist and also works on our web projects. He has been with chlorophyll since 2006 and in the business since 1992. Mahesh is our resident stock market expert and enjoys predicting future multi-baggers by analyzing the unpredictable market.

atul bhilare

Atul handles our accounts, admin and logistic tasks. He has been with chlorophyll and in the business since 2001. He assists us in printing and production work too. Atul loves cricket and driving; the longer the road, the better!

mahesh shigwan

An accountant with chlorophyll, Mahesh has been with us since May, 2015 and in the industry since 2013. Beyond numbers, Mahesh has an avid interest in both watching and playing sports.

umesh pawar

Umesh looks after housekeeping at chlorophyll and has been here since 2015. He plays cricket, kho-kho and loves to travel.

rupsha bhattacharya

Rupsha has been with chlorophyll for over a year now. She has worked in the digital and e-commerce space before this and has a Marketing & Communications degree from MICA. Loves dogs, books, street food, driving and spends unhealthy amounts of time choosing between these activities.
